Diet Recipe! Broccoli & Feta Omelet with Toasts
This is the Breakfast recipe and easy to make which takes just 15 minutes from start to finish. One & two punch that will create you feeling satisfied until energized.
The eggs loaded full of proteins and broccoli provides filling fiber “and just 30 calories per serving) and these will help stop off those late morning desires.
- Cooking Spray
- 1 cup chopped broccoli ( Gobhy ki shakhen )
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 2 tablespoons feta cheese (crushed)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill (ajwain)
- 2 slices wheat bread toasted)
How to Make
Put a nonstick fry-pan on stove over medium heat. Coating in the pan with cooking spray and add broccoli. Cook 3 minutes.
Mix well egg, feta cheese and dill (Ajwain) in small bowl. Add this mixture to fry-pan. Cook this recipe 3 to 4 minutes and flip omelet and cook 2 minutes or until cooked light brown. Serve with wheat toasts.
