Chicken ½ kg
Yogurt ¼ kg
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Table Spoon
Green Chilies 4 to 5
Crushed cumin seeds 1 Table Spoon
Crushed coriander seeds 1 Table Spoon
Crushed Black Paper 1 Table Spoon
Salt 1 Tea Spoon ( to taste )
Chinese Salt ½ Tea Spoon
Ginger 1 Med. Piece
Oil 1 Cup
Fresh Coriander ½ bunch
First of all 1 cup oil in pan and heat little and fry the chicken up till slightly brown. Then add ginger garlic paste, cook for a while. After this add crushed cumin seeds, crushed coriander seeds, crushed black pepper, yogurt, and other ingredients then some ( 1/2 cup to 1 cup ) water, cook on medium flame until chicken tender.
Then add green chilies and cream cook mix it well and remove from heat. Now your dish is ready to cook. Before serving garnish with ginger and chopped fresh coriander.
